Tamara Jackson,
Holistic Body Practitioner
Tamara offers a space where presence and care meet. Clients are supported in calming the nervous system, unwinding held tissues and energies, and returning to one’s natural rhythm, resilience, and wisdom. Her sessions are holistic and deeply collaborative—guided by the body’s subtle feedback, each session is shaped by clear communication, client comfort, and the shared intention to support healing and growth.
She holds a diploma in Holistic Health & Shiatsu from Windsong School of Healing. Her training included Relaxation Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Reflexology, and Energy Medicine, and deepened her studies recently through certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
Beyond her practice, Tamara is nourished by the slow alchemy of cooking, embodied movement, and the teachings of the forest—where she reconnects with the quiet intelligence of the land and her own inner wisdom.
Tamara is currently seeing new clients and individualizes each 60 min session for the client. Sessions may include Relaxation Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Reflexology and/or Craniosacral.
