Julie’s approach is holistic involving a thorough assessment to investigate and form an appropriate treatment plan specific to each client. Her modalities are generally flowy, with Swedish to help ease stress, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization & stretching along with other therapeutic techniques to target more focused areas of concern . Julie has experience working with a variety of different cases such as chronic headaches, postural imbalances, overuse injuries, tendinitis, Nerve impingement, sports injuries, sprains, strains, pregnancy massage, edema, scar tissue treatment, joint replacements, arthritis and more. She incorporates patient home care into her practice for those who require prolonged treatment at home. This may include specific stretching, strengthening, postural awareness, lifestyle modifications, cold or heat therapy, and kiniseio tape applications. On a personal note julie loves to get out hiking and enjoying nature, inspiring her move out to the island.
